What changes did you make in your farm safety, communications, and programs that will endure, even as the pandemic's shadow lifts? This workshop invites you to reflect on the past year with two nonprofit farm-based education organizations: Billings Farm in Woodstock, VT and Fox Haven Farm in Jefferson, MD. Christine Scales, Education Director at Billings and Joann Coates-Hunter, Director at Fox Haven Farm will share some of the adaptations they made as they prioritized the health and safety of their community and staff, while continuing their mission-driven farm education operations. Come prepared to listen actively, think critically, and reflect and share.
