In this episode, we will discuss what food insecurity is, what it looks like for college students, and what we should do about it. Food insecurity is a growing issue in our country today. As we explore the topic of food insecurity focused on college students we see the negative effects on mental health, physical health, and academic performance, especially in students who are part of a minority population. We will conclude with available resources and advocate for increased access to food for insecure populations on college campuses.
