In this podcast we discuss food allergies and other dietary restrictions in college. Including how students can work to ensure they are getting enough of required nutrients, special considerations when eating in dining halls and school settings, and other recommendations for students learning to navigate dietary restrictions in a new environment. Includes an interview with UVM’s Registered Dietitian, Ania Egan, who provides some insight into her role in creating accommodations for students with allergies and the resources available to students at UVM.
