For this weekly rites, I didn't have any particular expectations in mind. At the time I was feeling rather tired and cold; which is probably why I tended to go for slow movements and keeping my limbs close to my core. One thing I found a little interesting was the sound; or lack thereof. Most of my weekly rites haven't had any major sound components, but would at least have some shuffling noises as I moved, or background noise. This one is nearly totally silent. I feel like it gives it a sort of eerie vibe, which I like!
