Ok first of all, what a gorgeous poster! Really eye catching and lovely to look at. This is likely beyond the scope of this project, but is there any advocacy occurring to broaden the federal definition of homelessness? It seems if this broadened and the seasonality of the particular population was taken into account that more funding would be available to help our homeless population. Great job all!

Hello! Over the course of our research we didn't come across movement to change the federal definition, but we do know that some regional groups use different definitions as well as some other federal groups like the department of education have different definitions that they use. I think that it's great to work from both ends of the spectrum, with local groups changing how they define homelessness to administer resources while also pushing for change at the federal level too.
