Drill ends
Drill both ends #7(.201) x .750 deep.
Hand Tapping
Hand tap both ends 1/4-20.
Facing and Center Drill
Face cut off end and center drill both ends.
Hammer Head
Turn down and cut off hammer head.
45 degree chamfer
Add 45 degree chamfer to handle.
Cut .375 radius
Cut .375 radius on end of handle with form tool.
Knurling
Knurl the .750 diameter of handle.
Turning long diameter
Turning 6.00" long diameter down to .485"O.D.
