I've been really struggling to get these weekly rites done so I decided to pick something specific and limiting for this one. I chose space because I like the visual of the tapestry behind me and I wanted to work on smaller parts of the body. I've done a feet segment for my weekly rites but this time I was just playing around with choosing specific points of movement. This somehow turned into concentration on my hand movement. It reminded me of the "finger tutting" I did in hip hop class when I was younger. Except now, I add in levels of contemporary or random movement with the tutting.
